RESUMO

The central aim of this research endeavor was to delve into the profound influence of affective learning experiences on the cognitive and psychomotor domains. Concurrently, the study sought to discern the effects of these experiences on students' academic accomplishments within the three domains. This differentiation was predicated upon the interplay between pedagogical resources and the multifaceted dimensions of cognitive, affective, and social contexts for learning. Over the course of four consecutive semesters, data were meticulously collected from a cohort of 140 undergraduates enrolled at a private-sector university. The experimental cohorts 1, 2 and 3, comprising 35, 46, and 31 students, respectively, were instructed through distinct methodologies - namely, activity learning, reflective learning, and collaborative learning. In parallel, the control group, composed of 28 students, received instruction via the discussion method. The findings eloquently established a robust and affirmative linear correlation between affective experiences and achievements within the cognitive and psychomotor domains. This correlation notably underscored the far-reaching influence of the affective domain upon its cognitive and psychomotor counterparts. Furthermore, the variable of emotional context for learning emerged as a conspicuously noteworthy determinant of students' achievements across all three domains. In contrast, the remaining independent variables - namely, pedagogical resources, cognitive learning context, and social learning context - did not exhibit a substantial contribution. However, it was observed that the amalgamation of all four independent variables yielded a statistically significant relationship with achievements within the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This underscored the imperative nature of accounting for all pertinent factors when formulating instructional approaches that yield optimal outcomes.

RESUMO

Safety is fundamental to any organization; if not based on safety, organizational decision-making and management would be meaningless. For a country, soldiers are responsible for national security; they serve as a barrier that defends a country against external invasive forces, thus assuming great missions and responsibilities on their shoulders. To ensure soldiers fulfill their duties of protecting the country and the people, they should gain clear risk perception, which should be instilled into them during their daily combat readiness training. Only when their performances meet safety criteria can they become a strong fighting force. This study recruited military volunteer soldiers as its research participants and employed convenience sampling to distribute questionnaires. In total, this research collected 725 valid copies, of which the data were used to explore the relationship among safety leadership, risk perception, safety culture, and safety performance. To achieve this goal, this study proposed some research hypotheses based on literature review. The hypotheses were all verified via latent variable modeling and multiple hierarchical regression analysis after the reliability and validity of each construct had been tested via confirmatory factor analysis. The research results showed that the more deeply military volunteer soldiers sense safety leadership, the clearer their risk perception will be and the more helpful it would be in achieving safety performance. It is worth mentioning that risk perception can serve as a mediator while safety culture can mediate the relationship between safety leadership and safety performance. Lastly, the research proposes suggestions in the section of conclusions, which provides reference to the combat readiness training and daily tasks of soldiers.

RESUMO

Numerous organizations have faced substantial environmental performance challenges resulting from more than a half-century of worldwide industrialization. Grounded in social learning theory and recourse-based view theory, this study explores environmental performance and its impact on employees and industry outcomes. Drawing on a cross-sectional online survey of 500 full-time employees working in the chemical industry in Lahore, Pakistan. The results revealed a significant positive influence of Green HRM practices on employees' Green innovation as well as on environmental performance. Additionally, significant influences of study variables were recorded on outcomes such as green compensation and reward, green performance management and appraisal, green training and development, and green recruitment and selection. Several key policy insights related to consumer resistance to innovation in low income societies and future research directions are suggested, along with theoretical and practical implications.

RESUMO

Movement is the essence of physical therapy. Due to the inherent nature of sports as a physical activity, they can often lead towards sport’s injuries and therefore may have a bearing on the economic aspects of the field or industry of sports. Athletes cannot resume at their previous level of activities if they fear re-injury or serious injuries. Competitive athletes have the highest injury rates (for example, adolescent elite athletes). Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are the highest sport's injuries found in female players. Athletes might end their career prematurely by halting sport participation. The study's primary objective is to identify and discuss health variables, injury patterns, and training modes. These health variables include self-esteem, nutritional behavior, self-perceived stress, risk factors, and nutritional behavior in adolescent elite athletes. This is done with a view to developing effective target prevention for sport's injuries and understanding the risk factors, fear of injury, and incidence/prevalence of injury in adolescent elite athletes. The health consequences of injury are rising due to the lack of prospective injury registration. The paper has analyzed the nexus between sportsmen's injuries and economic survival in the future. The paper is based on three variables: Sportsmen Injuries, Economic Survival, and GDP-and-GDP growth rates. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS-26 software to describe the nexus between Sportsmen’s Injuries and Economic Survival. It was found that there's a significant impact of sportsmen’s injuries on economic survival and GDP-and-GDP Growth Rates.(AU)

RESUMO

It is vital for technology to advance and for the brand to obtain public recognition to achieve competitive supremacy. It is impossible to deploy without an adequate marketing, awareness, and execution strategy, as well as structured advertising approaches. As a result, advertising is an important strategy for marketing products to consumers. This research article makes a case for examining the psychological appeal of food brands associated with basketball players and customer behavior while making product purchases. If a well-known celebrity appears in a commercial, people will strongly influence the brand or product. Psychological Attraction (PA) and Food Brand Advertisement (FBA) were independent variables in the research framework. Customer Behavior (CB) was used as the Independent Variable. Nonetheless, data was gathered from 100 customers. SEM PLS 3 was used to analyze the collected data. The results suggested that the association between PA à CB is a non-significant link; however, the relationship between FBA àCB is significant.(AU)

RESUMO

Volunteers in sports, full-time employees, trainers, coaches, and administrative support personnel all have varying degrees of commitment to their careers and organizations. Athletes are encouraged to participate actively in sports by coaches, parents, and trainers. This benefits players by promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle to increase international and local collaboration. A sports organization comprises a championship, players, managing board, local cooperation, leagues, sports clubs, and men's and women's teams that oversee and conduct the organization's activities. Whether temporary or permanent, sports organizations are tasked with the responsibility of safeguarding the rights of their members. The research design was chosen to collect data using a combination of purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Purposive sampling enabled researchers to select respondents familiar with the requisite degree of knowledge. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Fifty respondents took part in this study. Out of 50 responders, 35 were male, and 15 were female. SEM PLS 3.3.7v was used to evaluate the collected data. The findings demonstrated a high positive correlation between the factors.(AU)

RESUMO

Development and expansion in any profession are critical in today's advanced world. Individuals associated with the sports industry view sports as a critical component of their lives. Men, in particular, are more interested in sports like football, basketball, cricket, and tennis. Additionally, organizational behaviour refers to an organization's attitude and actions when confronted with various difficulties. Players must be inspired, encouraged, and trained to perform at their best. The first factor contributing to the sports sector's growth is organizational behaviour. Artificial intelligence is the second factor that contributes to the progress of the sports business. Marketing is the third aspect that contributes to the advancement of the sports business. Marketing a product or service enhances both its worth and value. Three independent variables were considered in this paper: organizational behaviour, artificial intelligence, and marketing tactics. On the other hand, New Product Development has been included as a dependent variable. AMOS 26v was used to evaluate the data collected from 30 respondents. Additionally, the findings demonstrated a substantial correlation between the factors.(AU)
